At Beshare, we stand behind every bike we sell. If your purchase isn't quite the right fit, we've made our return process simple and fair. Please read the following policy carefully so you know what to expect.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Whether you've changed your mind or need to swap for a different model, we're here to help — as long as the item meets the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
✔ Original packaging required The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, including all inner liners, foam inserts, and protective materials. Please keep your packaging after unboxing in case you need to return the item.
✔ Item must be in resalable condition The product must be unused, unassembled (or fully restored to factory state), and free of scratches, dirt, scuff marks, or any other signs of use. We need to be able to sell it to the next customer as new.
✔ All accessories and components included Everything that came in the box — charger, tools, hardware, manuals, safety labels, and any bonus items — must be present and in original condition.
✔ Proof of purchase Please have your order confirmation email or receipt ready. We'll need your order number to process the return.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Bikes or products that have been ridden, used outdoors, or show tyre marks, dirt, or mechanical wear.
- Items returned without original packaging, or with packaging that is missing, torn, or heavily damaged.
- Products with missing parts, accessories, or documentation.
- Items returned after the 30-day return window has closed.
How to Start a Return
Getting a return sorted is easy. Please follow these steps:
Step 1 — Contact Us Email our support team at support@beshare.com.au with your order number and reason for the return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days.
Step 2 — Receive Your Return Authorisation Once your return is approved, we'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number along with shipping instructions and the return address.
Step 3 — Pack & Ship Repack the item securely in its original packaging, write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the parcel, and ship it to the address provided. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service so you can confirm delivery.
Step 4 — Inspection & Resolution Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 3–5 business days. We'll notify you by email once the inspection is complete and your refund or exchange has been processed.
Important: Please do not ship a return without first receiving an RMA number. Unauthorised returns (items sent without prior approval) may be refused or delayed. Always wait for confirmation from our team before sending anything back.
Refund Details
Refund Method
Refunds are credited back to your original payment method — whether that's a credit card, PayPal, or another payment service. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we've processed it, as timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. However, if the item arrived damaged or is confirmed defective, we will cover the return shipping costs — just contact us first and we'll arrange it.
Partial Refunds
If the returned item shows minor signs of handling that reduce its resale value but is otherwise eligible for return, we may offer a partial refund. We'll always contact you first to discuss the details and agree on an amount before processing.

Exchanges
Want to swap for a different model? No problem. Exchanges follow the same eligibility conditions as returns. Simply mention "exchange" when you email us and let us know which model you'd like instead.
If the replacement item is a different price, we'll either refund the difference or request additional payment before dispatch. Exchange items ship free within Australia once the original has been received and inspected.
Warranty & Defective Items
All Beshare bikes are backed by our product warranty. If your item arrives damaged in transit or develops a manufacturing defect during normal use within the warranty period, please reach out to us and we'll sort it out — whether that's a repair, replacement part, full replacement, or refund.
Reporting a Defect
When contacting us about a defect, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos and/or a short video showing the issue
- A brief description of when and how the issue occurred
This helps our team assess the situation quickly and get you back on track with minimal delay.
What Warranty Does NOT Cover
- Damage caused by misuse, modifications, or unauthorised repairs
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage resulting from accidents, crashes, or riding in conditions beyond the bike's intended use
- Issues caused by failure to follow the setup, care, and maintenance instructions provided with the bike
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I return a bike that's been partially assembled? Yes, as long as it can be fully disassembled and returned to its original factory-packaged state with no damage or signs of use. All hardware, bolts, and fittings must be included.
What if I received a wrong or damaged item? Contact us immediately at support@beshare.com.au with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a prepaid return label and send the correct item or a replacement as quickly as possible.
Do you accept returns on sale or discounted items? Yes. Sale items follow the same 30-day return policy, provided they meet all eligibility conditions listed above.
Can I return spare parts or accessories? Spare parts and accessories can be returned within 30 days if they are unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
Who pays for return shipping? The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In those cases, Beshare will cover the return shipping.
How will I know when my refund has been processed? We'll send you an email notification once the inspection is complete and the refund has been submitted. From there, please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear in your account.
