How do I choose between the four models?

1. Confirm the riding place. Check that the exact vehicle is permitted at the intended location before comparing products.
2. Compare present fit and handling. Look at bike mass, dimensions, lever reach and controls. Age or a motor number alone does not establish a suitable fit.
3. Compare the listed differences. Bilby, Joey, Dingo and Outrider are four separate models; the next motor rating is not automatically the right next bike.
4. Check the supplied configuration. Request the current manual and any battery, charger or dimension details needed for your decision, then choose an available colour.

Which model should I look at if bike weight matters?

The listed net weights are 11.2kg for Bilby 150, 17.5kg for Dingo 300 and approximately 22kg for Joey 250. Request the current Outrider 800 dimensions and mass rather than assuming its motor rating tells you its size. A lower seat or lower motor rating does not necessarily mean a lighter bike.

How are Bilby 150 and Dingo 300 different?

Bilby 150 is DK5: listed 12V / 150W motor, two settings of 8 / 15km/h, maximum load 40kg and typical charging time about 3 hours. Dingo 300 is DK1: listed 36V / 300W motor, three settings of 8 / 12 / 25km/h, maximum load 60kg and typical charging time about 4 hours. Follow the exact supplied manual and labels; maximum load is not a rider-fit recommendation.

What should I check specifically for Joey 250?

Joey 250 uses model FR025DMB. Its listed seat height is 425mm and listed net weight is approximately 22kg, so compare both reach and handling. Contact us before ordering for current battery chemistry/capacity, charger and configuration details. Do not use an older listing or another model's specifications as a substitute.

What should I check specifically for Outrider 800?

Outrider 800 uses model FR08DDB, with a listed 800W motor and settings of 10 / 16 / 25km/h. Ask for current-unit dimensions, controls and battery/charger details before choosing. Motor rating alone does not establish suitability, and we do not substitute an unverified range or seat-height number.

Are all colours available?

The cards above and each product page show current colour availability. An older photograph or article may show a colour that is not currently available. Select an in-stock variant before adding it to your cart.

Where can the bikes be used?

These products are offered for off-road use. Do not assume they are road-legal pedal-assist bicycles. Check the exact vehicle's classification, local rules and land-manager permission. Private-property permission does not remove applicable noise, planning, fire or other requirements.

What protective equipment is needed?

Use a helmet and protective equipment appropriate to the activity, rider, venue and supplied instructions. Ask a qualified fitter or coach where needed. A bicycle-helmet standard must not automatically be treated as approval for motorcycle use. Adult supervision is required.

Battery, charging and configuration

Which battery and charger will I receive?

Battery and charger details must be matched to the supplied model and configuration. Contact us for current label information and instructions where these are needed for your purchase. A battery's nominal voltage and a charger's output rating are different specifications; numbers or connector shape alone do not establish compatibility. Use only a charger expressly specified for the exact battery.

How long will a charge last?

Ride time and distance depend on the battery, rider and equipment mass, mode, surface, temperature and riding pattern. A maximum figure is not a guarantee. Our range and ride-time guide explains which test conditions make a claim useful.

What should I do before charging or riding?

Follow the current owner's manual for assembly, inspection, charging, cooling and storage. Do not use or charge a damaged battery or charger, or one showing abnormal heat, swelling, leakage, odour or other warning signs. Keep children away from charging equipment and contact support. If there is smoke, fire or immediate danger, move away, avoid the fumes and call Triple Zero (000).

Can I order parts or get setup help?

Email the model, the part or task, and your order number if available. We will check the correct part or support path. Confirm compatibility and availability before buying or fitting a replacement.

Who sells and supports purchases?

How much is delivery?

The store currently offers free Australia-wide delivery on orders over A$400. Review the applicable delivery option and total in your cart and checkout. Contact us before ordering about delivery timing to your postcode or special access requirements.

Can I return a sale-priced bike?

Sale-priced bikes are included in our 30-day change-of-mind return policy, subject to its eligibility conditions. Change-of-mind return freight is the customer's responsibility. Faults, damage and Australian Consumer Law remedies are separate. Read the Returns & Refunds Policy.

What if an item is faulty or damaged?

Stop using it if the issue could affect safety. Contact us with the order number and a description of the problem; photos can help where taken safely. Original packaging, unused condition and the 30-day change-of-mind window are not prerequisites for a statutory remedy.

What warranty applies?

Retain the written warranty information supplied with your purchase and ask us if you need model or component clarification. Written warranties are additional to Australian Consumer Law rights. Website updates do not remove commitments or rights attached to an earlier purchase.

Queensland purchaser-age requirement

Sales of off-road motorbikes to buyers under 16 in Queensland are prohibited. This concerns the purchaser, not an age recommendation for a child rider. Proof of purchaser age may be requested before a sale is completed. A purchaser declaration records the buyer’s statement and is not independent age verification.
