1. Seller and contact details

Purchases from beshare.com.au are made with AUSUPPLY SOURCING PTY LTD, operating this Beshare storefront. In these terms, “Beshare”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that seller.

2. Products and information

Use the product name, supplier model and selected colour/SKU to identify the item you are ordering. Photographs, older articles and general guidance do not establish the specification or availability of every configuration. Contact us before purchase if a battery, charger, dimension, compatibility or other detail is material to your decision.

Product information and prices may be updated. An update does not remove rights or commitments that applied to an earlier purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. Orders and purchaser information

Provide accurate contact and delivery details and review the selected model, colour, quantity and total before ordering. If there is an availability, delivery or order-processing problem, we will contact you about the available options and any applicable refund.

For delivery to Queensland, the purchaser must be at least 16 years old for the products covered by Queensland's off-road motorbike sales rules. Proof of purchaser age may be requested before a sale is completed. A purchaser declaration records the buyer's statement and is not independent age verification. This requirement concerns the purchaser, not a rider age recommendation. See the Queensland Government guidance.

4. Prices and payment

Store prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless the storefront expressly indicates another currency. Applicable included taxes and any delivery or other unavoidable charge are shown before payment. Review the checkout total and available payment methods before confirming your purchase.

Promotional terms must be read with the offer. A sale price does not, by itself, exclude an otherwise eligible return under our published policy or a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Delivery

We currently sell through this store for delivery within Australia. Check the cart and checkout for the applicable delivery option and charge. Contact us before purchase about delivery timing to your postcode or special access requirements.

Delivery estimates can vary by destination and circumstances. If goods are delayed, lost or damaged, contact us for assistance. These terms do not transfer away any responsibility or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Returns, faults and warranties

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms, a sale label, an original-packaging condition or a stated warranty period limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Intended use and product care

These products are offered for off-road use. Confirm the exact vehicle's classification and permission for the intended location; do not assume it is a road-legal pedal-assist bicycle. Follow the supplied manual and suitable professional advice for assembly, rider fit, protective equipment, supervision, inspection, charging and storage.

Use only a charger or replacement part approved for the exact supplied configuration. Stop use if a fault may affect safety and contact us. These instructions do not remove any statutory responsibility of the seller.

8. Privacy and accounts

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain the handling of personal information and preferences. Keep account access details secure and do not use the services unlawfully or interfere with their operation.

9. Website material and external links

Website material is provided for information and lawful shopping use. Intellectual-property rights in our material and third-party material remain with their respective owners. External links identify additional sources or services; their inclusion is not a guarantee of those services or of a product's compliance.
